Generally, 25kg industrial bags are used, also known as 25kg bags.     The production of FFS heavy packaging film mainly includes two processes: film blowing line and printing line. Since the heavy packaging film not only needs strength guarantee, but also takes into account the requirements of packaging, heat sealing, palletizing, transportation and other links, so the performance indicators are many and complex, and it is difficult to meet the requirements by single-layer extrusion.

    The three-layer co-extrusion method can decompose the quality index layer by layer, and meet the different quality indexes of customers through different film layers, so as to meet the requirements of the overall quality index.

    Therefore, the blown film line is generally based on the internationally accepted three-layer co-extrusion tube film method in the production of heavy packaging film, with linear low-density polyethylene raw materials as the main raw material. In the production process, the functionalization of the film is realized by adjusting the process parameters, interlayer ratio and raw material ratio.

    During the printing process, double-sided corona and multi-color printing are realized by adjusting the film penetration path according to the customer's layout requirements. The printing line is generally equipped with embossing and hemming devices. It is required that the printed pattern of the product is clear and complete, the embossing force is appropriate, and the hemming and winding sides are neat.

    FFS heavy-duty packaging film is based on the semi-finished film obtained from the blown film production line. Through a series of facility operations on the printing line, the bag body is preformed to ensure that the heavy-duty packaging film has excellent heat-sealing properties, tensile properties, surface properties, etc. Meet the requirements of customers in the various links of machine use, palletizing, transportation and dropping.
